Which SkillProof plan should I choose?

Choose Starter for one-site native Learning, a live Training Matrix, governed evidence and standard automated training reminders; Growth when Document Management, managers, Audit Pack and wider workflows are needed; Professional for competence, configurable governance and approvals; or Enterprise for a scoped rollout involving SSO, migration, bespoke integrations or tailored controls.

Are managers available on Starter?

Dedicated manager access and manager dashboards start on Growth. Starter supports the core administrator workflow and basic employee self-service, but it does not include the Growth manager workspace.

How do staff and site limits work?

Starter includes 50 staff and 1 site, Growth includes 150 staff and 5 sites, and Professional includes 300 staff and 20 sites. Staff can be added in packs of 10 and sites can be added within each plan's stated maximum. Enterprise capacity and sites are tailored.

Can I import existing staff and training records?

Growth and above include bulk staff imports. You can also start with test data and use the free training matrix review to map existing spreadsheet records before moving real staff data into a workspace.

What onboarding and support are included?

Starter and Growth include standard support. Professional adds dedicated onboarding and priority support. Enterprise implementation, migration support, service levels and account management are scoped in the Enterprise agreement.

Is SkillProof an LMS?

Yes. SkillProof includes a governed LMS for authoring, assigning, completing and reviewing native courses alongside training and compliance records. It is not a universal, all-purpose LMS or an included accredited course library. Customer-supplied course packages remain controlled, and SkillProof can also work alongside external learning systems.

Which plan includes Document Management?

Document Management starts on Growth and includes wider organisational documents, ownership, access, versions, assigned actions, taxonomy and governed retention review. Starter still includes the Evidence Vault and evidence workflows attached to training records. SkillProof is not an all-purpose enterprise content suite and does not delete files automatically.

Are automated reminders included in Starter?

Yes. Starter includes automated training due and overdue emails using SkillProof's standard schedule and wording. Growth adds configurable schedules, recipients and templates, reminder history, bulk sends and cross-module reminder workflows.

Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?

Yes. You can start with a free 14-day trial, use test data first and choose monthly or annual billing when you're ready to continue. No payment card is required.

How does annual billing work, and can I change or cancel?

Annual billing gives Starter, Growth and Professional customers 2 months free compared with monthly billing. Same-interval upgrades are immediate after Stripe shows the prorated charge. Downgrades and billing-interval changes take effect at renewal. A lower plan is refused if active staff or sites exceed its limits, or if Manager accounts still need a plan that includes Manager access. A plan or capacity change does not automatically delete or deactivate staff, sites, SSO configuration or historical records; features outside the new plan become inactive. You can cancel at any time; paid access continues to the end of the current billing period.

Where can procurement or IT review security information?

The Security, Data Processing Agreement and subprocessor pages explain the public product scope and data-handling position. Enterprise security controls, SSO and integrations are confirmed during solution scoping rather than assumed to be included by default.

Do you support consultancies or several client organisations?

Yes. Consultancy access and pricing are separate from a single organisation workspace. Each client keeps its own records and controls access to the named Consultancy users it approves.
