Cookie Policy
This page explains necessary storage and the optional analytics or marketing technologies you can choose on the public SkillProof website.

Essential cookies
SkillProof uses essential cookies or similar technologies where needed for login sessions, authentication, security, routing and application functionality.
These cookies are required for the app to work properly and cannot usually be disabled without affecting the service.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics, the public website records limited first-party events and standard UTM attribution (source, medium, campaign, content and term). It may send sanitised, path-only events to Google Analytics from the SkillProof server to understand page visits and website performance.
Optional analytics is off until you choose it. SkillProof does not intentionally send the contents of trial, demo, partner or contact forms to these analytics tools.
Optional marketing measurement
If you accept marketing measurement, SkillProof may also retain advertising-specific and SkillProof campaign identifiers alongside consented website events to compare which campaigns lead to visits and enquiries.
The current implementation does not load browser advertising, retargeting, session replay or heatmap pixels. Marketing measurement is optional and is not required to browse the website, start a trial, request a demo or contact SkillProof.
Third-party services
SkillProof uses cloud services such as Vercel, Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe and Web3Forms. These providers may set technical cookies or process request metadata as part of delivering their services.
Stripe may use cookies or similar technology when customers use Stripe-hosted billing or checkout experiences.
Your choice and how to change it
On your first public-site visit, you can accept optional cookies, reject them or choose analytics and marketing preferences. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent trial, demo, partner or contact forms from working.
Use the Cookie preferences control in the website footer to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing a previously granted category stops future optional tracking and reloads the page so running tags are removed. You can also clear cookies and site storage through your browser settings.
Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login, billing, form submission or application functionality from working correctly.
