Yes. Annual billing is available for Starter, Growth and Professional plans, with 2 months free compared with monthly billing.

Can I change or cancel later?

Yes. Owners can change standard plans in SkillProof with Stripe proration shown before confirming. Cancellations within 14 days of the latest paid invoice can receive a full Stripe refund; later cancellations normally stop renewal at the period end.

What are the staff limits?

Starter includes 50 staff, Growth includes 150 and Professional includes 300. Add-ons extend Starter to 100, Growth to 250 and Professional to 500. Enterprise capacity is tailored.

Can I add more staff without changing plan?

Yes. Owners can add capacity in packs of 10 for £15 per month or £150 per year while keeping the current plan's features. Stripe shows the exact prorated charge before confirmation.

Can managers and staff use it?
