Accessibility Statement

This draft statement explains SkillProof's current accessibility position, known limitations and how to report accessibility issues.

Last updated: 8 July 2026

Status of this statement

This is a self-assessed draft accessibility statement. SkillProof has not yet completed an external accessibility audit, full axe review, full keyboard review, screen-reader review or WCAG 2.2 AA conformance assessment.

SkillProof should not be described as WCAG conformant until a fuller assessment has been completed and any material issues have been addressed.

Current approach

SkillProof aims to make its public website and application usable for as many people as possible, including people using keyboard navigation, zoom, assistive technology or small screens.

The product uses semantic headings, links, buttons, forms and tables where practical, and accessibility checks are being added to the release process.

Known limitations

A full WCAG 2.2 AA audit has not yet been completed.

The training matrix and other dense data tables may require further testing with screen readers, keyboard-only users and high zoom levels.

Charts and visual summaries may need additional non-visual descriptions beyond the surrounding text.

Some authenticated workflows, including evidence review and audit-pack generation, still need fuller assistive technology testing with fixture data.

Colour contrast has had only targeted checks and should not yet be treated as fully verified across every state.

Feedback and contact

If you find an accessibility issue, please contact SkillProof with the page URL, what you were trying to do, the issue you encountered and the browser or assistive technology used if relevant.

SkillProof will review accessibility feedback and prioritise fixes based on severity, customer impact and implementation risk.

Planned improvements

Planned improvements include broader axe checks, keyboard journey testing, screen-reader review, matrix navigation review, chart text alternatives, mobile overflow checks and clearer evidence of known limitations.

SkillProof will update this statement as accessibility testing matures and external review evidence becomes available.
