Training provider
- Deliver the training and issue completion evidence
- Notice when a client's records are becoming hard to manage
- Ask whether they are happy to be introduced
For training and learning providers
You deliver the learning. SkillProof gives employer clients one place to keep certificates, completion records, renewal dates and wider training requirements, so you are not pulled into managing records after delivery.

After training is delivered
SkillProof gives the client somewhere to keep the record, so you do not become its software helpdesk.
Training provider
Deliver the course and issue the certificate or completion record.
Client record
Attach the proof to the right person.
SkillProof
Keep renewal dates and missing evidence visible.
Client action
Managers act on reminders instead of rebuilding a spreadsheet.
Clients can maintain records directly, request evidence or, on applicable plans, import repeat completion CSVs for review. This is not a claim of automatic provider integration.
When this is useful
You will recognise the pattern: the course is complete, but the client is still chasing proof or renewal dates.
Who does what
SkillProof records training. It does not deliver courses, award accreditation, decide what a client must do or guarantee compliance. It works alongside existing training providers and learning systems. Compare an LMS with training records software.
Start with a referral
The referral route suits providers who want to help clients without taking on demonstrations or support.
Referral Partner
Introduce a suitable new employer client. SkillProof handles the demonstration, subscription, onboarding, billing and product support.
Implementation work needs separate approval and terms. Referral status does not include it automatically.
FAQ
No. SkillProof does not deliver courses or SCORM content. It keeps the training record, evidence and renewal dates alongside the provider or learning system the client already uses.
Clients can record a completion, attach or request evidence and set the next renewal date. Applicable plans can also import repeat completion CSVs into a review queue. That is not a live provider integration.
No. A referral does not create workspace access. Any ongoing access needs a separate connection approved by the client, who remains in control.
It must be a suitable new organisation, registered and accepted before it enters an active SkillProof sales process. The Partner Agreement covers attribution and payment.
Commission is based on qualifying subscription payments received by SkillProof. VAT, refunds, credits and chargebacks are excluded. The Partner Agreement contains the full terms.
Yes. Approved active partners can receive a complimentary Partner Team Workspace for up to 25 staff. Each client still buys and owns its own subscription.
